After more than a decade working globally in consulting, Priyanka felt called to build something more creative and meaningful. Jewelry has always marked turning points in her life, symbols of growth, transition, and self-expression. She was drawn to a more conscious evolution of luxury, where beauty, craftsmanship, and responsibility can coexist.

Monika’s path to Akaari began with a lifelong love of design and a desire for greater clarity in fine jewelry. After nearly two decades abroad working in consulting, she returned to India seeking a more intentional and creative chapter.A defining experience reshaped her perspective on luxury, deepening her commitment to building something different.
