Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Akaari currently ships to customers in the United States and India. If your country is not listed, please reach out to us at contact@shopakaari.com, and our team will be happy to assist you with a custom shipping arrangement.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging, accompanied by the authenticity and diamond certificates. To ensure the integrity of our craftsmanship, pieces that show signs of wear, resizing, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for return.
Custom, engraved, or made-to-order designs are final sale, as they are created uniquely for you.

Can I exchange my jewelry?
Yes. We’re happy to offer exchanges within 15 days of delivery for unworn jewelry in its original condition and packaging. You may exchange your piece for another item of equal or higher value, or request store credit to use toward a future purchase.
Please note that custom or bespoke designs cannot be exchanged, as each is crafted to your individual specifications.
